Our extensive project partnering and design/build experience has given us the opportunity to expand our estimating expertise beyond the traditional take-off used for plan and spec. work.

We have developed extensive databases for cost per square foot and hours per square foot for project estimates. We have also developed a unit of pricing methodology and database that is very effective in developing budgetary costs and evaluating alternative installation costs with accuracy and speed. To ensure maximum accuracy, we also use our computerized estimating software as well as traditional take-off methods for portions of the project.
